Terms & Conditions

• Property empty and freezer defrosted before arrival.

• Hot water and electricity available.

• Faulty items: reported and left untouched to avoid further damage.

• Fragile and valuable items must be secured or removed before the cleaning service.

• Full removal of stains (inc carpets), mould, limescale, or general wear & tear cannot be guaranteed.

• External windows, walls, ceilings, balconies and patios (excluded).

• Vermin/Pests: We reserve the right to stop work if vermin are present.

• Additional labour charges may apply if property condition is worse than disclosed.

• Delays caused by access issues, utilities, or property preparation may result in additional labour charges based on team waiting time.

• A 40% non-refundable deposit is required for B2C bookings (rescheduling available where possible).

Return visits are free of charge if:

• Issue(s) reported within 5 days

• Inventory report is dated post-clean

• The issue is supported by our after photos or inventory report

• No third party has entered the property post-clean.
